1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons
  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide store credit or a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
